Outstanding Service from Greg Poland

If anyone is looking for a CA to purchase a vehicle, I'd highly recommend Greg Poland from Pacific BMW. He provided me awesome customer service by responding to all my questions promptly via email, was very informative, straightforward, and honest. And the BEST part, he was able to quote me a price that was so attractive, he blew away the competitiors out of the water as no dealer around the Sacramento Area would even touch it. Even though Greg is located about 400 miles away, the quote was so low I'm flying down LA area and driving the car back up north yet still save several hundreds of dollars compared to the other dealers. On top of that, added to the customer service, he's picking me up from the airport and driving me to the dealership.

Best CA I've deal and less than 5 emails before negotiating the deal.

My experience with Greg has also been excellent so far. I made a lot of changes to my spec in the run up to production, and he was always very responsive and polite, even though I'm sure I was driving him nuts. Plus he explored and secured a European only option for my car which I had wanted.

Highly recommend Greg to everyone. I even wrote a Yelp review about him.

The service at Pacific has been very good as well. Although the whole 1M test drive on YouTube debacle kind of left me scratching me head.

Wouldn't know when I could get down there. It would have been fine when I was doing school, but now with a job I doubt I could get down there. Lol the grass is always greener, I can't stand the people I've been refered to since she left.

Another viable option is to talk to several dealers and ask price including trucking the car to your home. I would imagine that from Atlanta or Chicago it will still be a very competitive price. Check With Adrian a BMW of South Atlanta, EdBMW, and Greg Poland

I got a price from Chicago for $700 twice from two dealers on an X6 and 550... Not too bad via fedex.

Terp..I agree with Stealth. You should buy a car from an out of area dealer and pay for shipping. I used to live in the D.C. metro area and all of the dealers in that area are expensive and worthless (Passport is the best, but still not great). I personally buy from Adrian in Atlanta and he has MANY D.C. area customers who ship their cars. If you want more detailed info send me a PM.

I don't mind paying (I've got the money) I just look for service and our area dealers are terrible and treat anyone under 30 like I'm there just to sit in a bmw I'll drop you a PM

Yeah...I know the feeling. I was early twenties when I purchased my first BMW and BMW of Silver Spring would not even look at me. I ended up buying from a BMW dealer in Virginia Beach, but it is annoying that they ignore you unless you walk in wearing an Armani suit and ready to pay MSRP. I wear a suit everyday and the last BMW was purchased in gym shorts and a t shirt from Adrian! I ll send you a PM.
