I was shocked to see minimal metal filings. The fluid looked SEVERELY burned.
I am the original owner and this car is 95% highway driven. The condition of the transmission was "flawlwss functionally" before I dropped the pan. My limited experience with this made me think the condition was quite good. I wish I did the change 50,000 miles earlier.
