Stock 1M Vs. Prepared 135i at Watkins Glen
A few weeks back I posted couple of innocent blurbs on driving the 1M for the first time http://www.onehotlap.com/2011/09/1-m...kins-glen.html and many readers liked it. But a few weren't satisfied and demanded I take it to the track for some real testing. Not one to upset anyone, I did just that at a recent BMW CCA driving event at Watkins Glen International. Here is how the barely broken-in Valencia Orange 1M looked in the instructor group:
