1983 euro csi??

I have come across a seemingly nice Euro 1983 csi. Is this a preferable model for the 6 series? Am new to the six (have an e30 and e34). I have not seen the car in person but has excellent history and papers with less than 90k miles. Agate (??) color. Is this considered an e12 or e24? Any information appreciated.
Thanks

If made after 82 it is an E24 with an E28 platform. Euros, to me, are more desirable than the NA. cars.

Are you looking at a Euro 635csi? 633csi? Like Bert has said, most enthusiast find the Euro models more desirable to own. M635csi is more desirable then the 635csi, the 635csi is more desirable than the 633csi, and so on. All 6-Series models are E24s.
