No it doesn't appear so. My emails have gone unanswered. Hoping i didn't creat a problem for myself down the road by sending my VIN to a randomly posted internet email address on a forum!

Hi,
Patrick is with the Parts Dept. of Faulkner BMW in Lancaster PA. I bought my 128i there and they are very legitimate but I have found Patrick to be somewhat slow in responding to his e mails. I would suggest that you send an e mail to Service Manager and General Manager about delay in response. I have found that an e mail to them will usually result in a response from Patrick. Good luck!
