Lightbulb Somebody get the lights

Hi all!

its been a while since i last posted something so i thought it post this thread and see if i could get some advice.

im in the process of converting all my bulbs on my e34 to LED's. i've seen this been done before and so far so good...until i replaced my license plate bulbs with LED bulbs, the new LED's work fine but now i get a irratating msg on my dash display that tells me that my license plate lights are out! so here's my question... HOW DO I GET RID OF IT?!

i no that each bulb has its own strength and i made sure that my LED's that i am buying are the same spec as to what the manuel is telling me they why am i getting a error msg?

could someone please give me some advice or if you no how to bypass the sensor that would be great too.

Thanks in advance

was there a write up about needing a resistor of some sort to indicate the bulb was ogod. Similar to the HID 'bulb out" issue. Not sure thought.
