E82 1M Coupe (2011 - 2012)
In many ways the spiritual successor to the E30 M3. Powered by a M derivitive of the N54 the inline six makes 340hp and giving the 1M a 0-60 time of 4.5 seconds. |

1-Mazing Ride at Watkins Glen
A few weeks back I posted couple of innocent blurbs on driving the 1M for the first time http://www.onehotlap.com/2011/09/qui...ng-bmw-1m.html and many readers liked it. But a few weren't satisfied and demanded I take it to the track for some real testing. Not one to upset anyone, I did just that at a recent BMW CCA driving event at Watkins Glen International.
