New member and just saw what this thread was about.

Just got my X3 (and first BMW ever) and as I live in AZ with no front license plate required, I have a front license plate assembly that the dealer had the nerve, I mean courtesy to screw into my unblemished front bumper before I took delivery of the car.

Looked on the internet, and apparently they aren't cheap Kinda a minor thing, but if you need one, free to a good home!

Sorry that was gone a long time ago. And no, you really cant connect anything of that magnitude to your stock system.

If you want to improve bass in the X3 you will have to add an amp as well as different speakers.

Your door speakers are rated at 4 ohms and your mid bass under the seats are rated at 2 ohms.

Please pm if you have additional questions, but look up "sound improvement stage one", before you do.

I put the factory trailer hitch on mine and have the steel bumper that goes underneath the bumper cover if anyone needs it.

Looking for a front lic plate holder. We just bought the X3 and the PO hit something so it is all mangled and barely hanging there

I have 4 stock door speakers available for 2006 x3. They worked fine on removal.

It's in the Seattle metro area, and available for free to whomever picks it up. Not going to mail it, sorry.
