Wipers not working, Wiper Motor??

Hello!!
My windshield wipers stopped working this AM. My passenger side just fell down (connected it back on the window) and the Driver side winshield wiper is stopped at the upright position. Will I need to replace the motor? If so, How can I diagnose everything first and where would I look?
