Any lease specials on M3
Folks,
I have a 2008 M3 and love it. The lease deal that I got in 2008 was amazing (thanks to bimmerfest members). I am in the last few months of the current lease. Any good lease deals on M3 - either 2011 or 2012? Whats the current MF (I could not find the Oct lease rates in the Ask-a- dealer section) and any rebates? any mark downs apart from the rebates? Thanks. |

I'm at 889/month for 15k miles/year 3 years with zero down? That's on a 2011 MSRP 75,425.
What's yours? |

Goodness with that price we get a low-option 335i here in Canada...

That may be the best deal on the planet!!! Nice! I'm paying 889 for 15k with zero down, but that's for the E92, and I wasn't able to do European Delivery. So your walkout costs were just your first payment of $615!? Any deposits? What was the sale price of the car?

It's also a deal that you can't anywhere on the planet right now.

If my math is right your deal is just as good if not better. You're using up 50% more of the car during your lease (based purely on miles which is what counts for leases) and paying a little less than 50% more for your payment (this is assuming you both have comparable MFs.)

Good point. But even 10k miles/year was gonna run me 830/month. Of course it comes down to the MF and residual, but also their sale price/discount. How much did they take off of msrp for you? If you don't mind saying.

Yes, those are the deals that come a long once in a while. If you're lucky enough to be in the market you're all over it. Other than that, most of us mortals end up with average lease rates. That said, I did get a pretty decent deal on my 2008 Z before this one.

I was in the market a couple of months ago which is where I saw the subvented M3 cab leases but in the end I bought a sedan instead of a lease (I've leased exactly one of the past 10 vehicles I've bought and plan to never lease again - just too much uncertainty as to whether you're giving the car back under the mileage you paid for or if you're entering the bonus round for extra miles.)
