Accessing Multiple E-mail Account through Office

Not sure if anyone else has had this issue, and I'm hoping its a simple fix. I have a Blackberry 9780, and Office works fine, but it only reads my gmail account of my BB as well as my texts. I also havea work e-mail account on my phone, but the car only reads the one account. Has anyone else experienced this, and is there a solution?
