86 735i - Fuse for heater/AC

Hey, I have a problem with my heater/ac, when i turn it on nothing blows out of the vents. I'm assuming that it might be a blown fuse, but I'm not sure where the fuse is located. Does anyone knows which fuse controls the heat? I appreciate it if you can help.
