Phone function

Ive had my car for about a year and have had no issues with the bluetooth functions and phone button on the steering wheel. But just in the last week, I've noticed that when there is an incoming call, I can no longer press the phone button on my steering wheel to pick it up. I used to be able to do that, and for some reason I can still disconnect a call using the button. but the pickup function no longer works.

Does anyone have any idea what might have happened?

Try deleting the phone from the car and the car from the phone. Reboot phone. Re-pair.

Glad it worked. This type of solution often works for intermittent problems or problems that arise suddenly after working for a long time.
