I would choose ARS but thats just me I'm a driver enthusiast first and foremost but your priorities may be different.

IMO, I don't think "we" can answer this for you. It's YOUR priorities and preferences that matter. Driver convenience is what, like $1500 to close the doors for you, open/close the trunk? Too high. ARS? Personally I don't need it. Active Cruise -- of all the three choices, this is the one I would take --- but--- not for $2400. I'll wait for it to filter down as the standard cruise system in about 5 years. You have a 4th choice, skip them all and save a little money.
EDIT: Oh, Driver Assistance -- blind spot, sleep alert, etc? Skip it, IMO.

Active cruise is useless (and expensive!) unless you take a lot of long trips and love to sit behind someone all the time OR you're stuck in hugh traffic every day - then it's awesome! If you're the one driving the fastest (I can't see how one cannot be in the F10), then this is a waste of money. I thought I was getting it, then realized I am not, and no regrets. I wouldn't use it even once.

Driver Assistance is LDW, BSW, auto high beams and self-parking. I have it and would not order it again.
I would order Nappa if you haven't already (unless you got a non-Nappa color).

Out of the three I got the active cruise control. I plan on doing a lot of long trips in the car. So much depends on what you want out of the car.

Looks perfect. Very similar spec to my car.
I would suggest you add the luxury seating package too. The ventilated seats are nice and they look great in Nappa.

but as per the info i read on this forums luxury seating has issues like 1) Dirt getting in to the holes 2) Durability issues as the holes make it more vulnerable |

Tough choice between ARS and active cruise for me. I have both and would seriously miss either. ARS in sport+ nearly rivals a 3 series for handling (to me at least) where as comfort is the ultimate 'limo mode' for long trips.
Active cruise is simply amazing. It takes a little bit of getting used to but it makes for an effortless drive and IMO is one of the best safety features on the motorway - especially if it has been a long day and your not as alert as you might be. I agree with others on driver assistance, but personally recommend getting ARS and ACC. I would regret getting another car without these options.

I kept my previous 535 with ventilated (perforated) seats in Oyster/Black and after 17,000 miles and 14 months they looked just as they did the day I picked up my car.

Don't bother with ACC if you plan on using a radar detector. Also DA only works with radar if it is mounted on front bumper. It will trigger a windshield detector.
