I was surprised, I was under the impression I had the other 20" wheels that had a darker finish and honey combed shape but these are growing on me as well.

Yes Passport BMW is the best that I have found, at least in our area, my CA Ed Hahn was awesome to deal with, gave me the best price and he doesn't play any games, my kind of CA, I highly recommend him!

Thank you, your car is stunning as well, glad that were in the six series family. Question for you ,what is up with the sun roof not opening all the way, just a pop up version, am I missing something here?

As far as the sunroof, I was told by the dealer that the panel pops up because there isn't enough room for it to slide back and fully open. It would have to hang over the back window!
Enjoy the ride but watch out for the rough roads around DC. Don't want to dent those rims.

Thank you for the thumbs up, but I like your wheels better than the M sport wheels I really thought I was getting them and kinda disapponted I didn't!

Love your car is that color midnight blue?

They call it deep sea blue. I like it because depending on surrounding lighting, it ranges from bright metallic blue to almost black. Thanks! Yours, too--are you pleased with it?

Yes very pleased with the color, I wanted saddle back for my interior but wasn't available for the 650i so I just played it safe and went with black interior. Whats your favorite feature on your car and how do you like the driving dynamics so far?

Yeah the same thing with the older 6 series. The moon roof it just too big to slide.

Did you get the sport pack? I noticed you have chrome trim around the windows instead of black trim.

Yes I got the M sport package unfortunately the shadowline trim came out after my car was ordered much to my disappointment.

I am pleased with the car overall. I got the saddle interior--and I am very pleased. I ordered it in March, it seemed like I waited a long, long time.

Dunno if I could pick out a particular feature I like best. I am very impressed with the engine. More useable power than I expected. Sport seats are superb. Fit and finish is impeccable, and important to me.

Certainly the handiest feature is the HUD, along with the easier-to-use NAV and iDrive. And I have been pleased so far with the tires--on my 645Ci, they were run flats, too, but of a sorry, hard compound, way disappointing. I may be less unhappy with run flats than I was the hard compound in the earlier tires. But the car is a great overall package. Generous for two, perfect for us--I would be OK with just storage space behind the front seats. Those beautiful seats will likely never be occupied--I would have deleted them had it been an option...

LED headlights are good, but no breakthrough.

The comfort suspension setting won't get much use, either. The Bang & Olufsen is nice, but if I ordered again, I'd probably just get the upgraded stereo.

Personally Ilike the chrome finish to the black car. It looks elegant (if not as sporty as all black).

Yea I think the Chrome finish is starting to grow on me more especially with the 20" Msport wheels.

Grey, I definitely love the new I drive screen its huge compared to my e60 screen, I wanted the saddle back interior as well but it wasn't available for the 6 series when I was ordering. I have the base stereo and I am happy with it even though I would've like to have the special lighting that the Bang and Olufsen comes with. My 535 was very tossable, this car not so much, I do love the exhaust note when you step on the gas but there is a liitle drone noise at highway speeds that my 535i did not have at all it was too quiet.

I didn't get the LEDs, didn't get ARS, don't know how much I miss it but I did opt for the IAS, I got the cold weather package and the driver asst package. I almost bought the Panamera but the price for the eight cyl was way more than for the 650, overall I'm very happy with my decision.

Congrats!! You have excellent taste in exterior colors!

I agree on the chrome. At first I was disappointed that we could not get shadowline, but I have had several BMW friends ask about it, but then after a minute, they like the chrome on the Carbon Black!

As far as features, I love the HUD, first time for me. I had to buy some new sunglasses just for it, since all mine are polarized. THe things we must do for our cars!

Enjoy the break-in then its time to turn watch what Sport+ and a foot to the floor can do.

THis is really fun. As I mentioned before this is the most fun BMW since my'87 M6. I let a friend sit in it yesterday who had an '07 650 vert. She is now torn. She loved the interior.

There is a lot to love in this car!
