Power fuse issue

Hey guys have a problem. Needed 12v switched power in engine bay for electric fan. Used green/white as this checked out to be switched with ignition.

Problem is I think I must has blew the relay or fuse for this line. Anyone know where the fuse or relay is for this. It outputs no power now and th battery light is on.

Here is a photo of the wire.

Look at F18 above the glove box. If it's not F18 it's one of the ones above the glove box.
An electric cooling fan draws big amps.
Use that smaller wire to control a coil of a relay and have the relay contact switch power from the battery post on the top of the valve cover to the fan motor.
That's the way I did it for my electric fan.
