E38 wheels on E32 body ?

How well would 2 16" factory equipment wheels from an E38
work on an E32 body. And should they be put on the front or rear axel ?
The chart on E38.org shows same D-Bolt, QE Lug Bolt, and D-Center Bore.
Temp solution till I get an E38, since I can't locate my preferred Michelin Pilot Exaltos
225 60 15s for the 15 " wheels on my E32, and will soon use these wheel/tires on a E38. Thanks, Ron
