How much of a difference can i expect?

Getting tax money next week will finally allow me to do many much needed maintenance updates on my 99 328 vert automatic. Just curious how much of a difference this will all make to daily drives. Car has 176k miles on it now

1. Vanos replaced with one from drvanos.com (mine is throwing cel for mechanical jam even though makes no "vanos rattle" noises of any kind)
2. Shark injector
3. Full suspension update (176k miles on mine and front passenger and rear drivers side are completely shot)
maybe these?--->http://www.ebay.com/itm/110797962587...WAX:IT&vxp=mtr
4. new rear sway bar end links

what kind of differences can i expect? night and day?

With the suspension for sure, it feels like a new car. Would definitely put that on top of the list.

I hear IF your VANOS is bad, the car drives like new, with a nice torque curve instead of the laggy power one when you have bad VANOS seals.

Can't comment on the shark injector, unless you have other mods I personally don't see it as something you should do, but maybe someone who actually did it can shed some light, I'm interested in this as well.

I would definately save the Shark Injector for last. I would also add control arms, CAB's, and tie rods if they haven't been done already.

Maintenance before mods!

Yeah i have little power till i get to about 3k rpm then it goes waaaay up... Is that caused by Vanos not working correctly?

The shark injector is just something else i wanted to do to see if it added any more power.

lower control arm bushings have been replaced about a year and a half ago, tie rods have never been replaced afaik but i have had the car for almost 6 years now and it had 98k on odometer when i bought it.. (176k now)

I'm willing to bet my car that you would notice more restored power replacing a bad vanos unit than you would with the "tune".

Definitely shave the shark injector for later down the road. The gains on the M52 are only 15hp/9ft.lb. That's not a lot, and many people probably couldn't even tell the difference using their butt dyno.

If your engine's VANOS is on the way out, that's where I'd put my money first. Then suspension. Then fun extras like a tune, etc.

for suspension I really suggest coilovers, I have these and love them and they are about same price as the link you posted.
