Caution on buying "error free" LED reverse lights

I bought some LED reverse lights from JLC Lightings in late December. I ordered a set from Ebay but was confused as to whether it was the right part number so I included a note on Ebay AND Paypal asking them to verify the light for a 2006 BMW 330I before sending them to me...they sent the wrong lights anyways. So I paid to return the lights and they sent a new set. When I installed them an error came up immediately which they advertised were "error free" and would not happen.

I called JLC Lightings and they said that should not have come up as an errror and that they would send out a new set and a return label so I could send back the other pair. After waiting for 8 days and no lights I called them. They said they were not sure why the replacements had not arrived and the tracking number they had showed no activity...so they would sent out another set of lights. After 2 weeks and still no lights I called and left numerous messages with no call back.

I had to file a Paypal dispute with them and there response to Paypal after another week of waiting was to have me PAY TO RETURN THE ORIGINAL SET and then I would get credit. So basically I had to pay for returning their mistake and faulty product twice at MY EXPENSE.

I find it very unprofessional that they do not return calls after I left repeated messages. I would caution anyone who plans to buy from them!
