1998 bmw z3 seat adjustment

My seats have movement them when i stop or take off. They move just about 1 inch each way. Thanks for any help fixing this problem.

ther are also a couple of good power points that show how to fix this issue. I have copies if anyone needs them.

My friend is thinking about doing his seats on his 98 BMW Z3, i think he will need all the imformation he can get.
