Changing Battery
I am new to Bimmerfest and appologize if this question has been asked and answered in the past. I could not find a recent answer for my newer Z4 Coupe. I want to change my battery myself to save $'s and see conflicting internet posts about this being a problem due to registering of the new battery.
I would like to know specifically if I will have electrical problems with my 2007 Z4 Coupe if I do this myself. Can anyone help? Thanks.....

You're fine. E85/E86 Z4's don't have this battery registration nonsense. E89 is another story.
