Do I need a new head gasket?

Do I need a new head gasket based on the pics?

I can't tell if this is coolant foaming or just oil wax build up??

When I un-screw the oil filler cap there are some water droplets but I was wondering if that may just be from condensation in the engine as the cap seams to seal pretty well.

Model: 1998 M3
Engine: S52, 3.2L, 6 Cyl.
Oil: Mobil 1 synthetic, 10W30 or 10W40 based on season
Mileage: 102,000
