100k maintainance plan worth it?

Just got a quote from dealer about 100k maintance plan for a 2011 M3 w/ 3K miles. It would cost $3,900. Is this a saving or waiste of money? Any suggestions will be appreciated.
Mike

Mine expires in 4 months. I have 32k miles. The only covered maintenance I would have during an extra 2 years of coverage is two oil changes and one brake fluid flush. Certainly not worth it.

Sweet, lots of nice options. I really like that red leather very unique. Have you encounter any issues with the car and are you babying the car w extra oil changes?

Yeh, I love the Fox Red leather. I've just done the normal service. I only put 10k miles per year on it so I end up getting a low mileage oil change at about 10k then another one about 5k miles later when the regular oil service comes up. The only sevice item I have encountered in 3 1/2 years is the idrive knob came off. They replaced the controller under warranty.
