Trivia

So I have been noticing that everytime I drive with the sunroof tilted open, I feel a breeze coming thru in between the door handle gaps. Anyone have the same experience? TIA

Yes.

I never drive with the roof this way, so it doesn't bother me. But a while back (maybe a year ago?) someone posted about this and I tested it out and have the same occurrence. I can't say it bothers me, but I think the poster of that thread tried to get it fixed.

It's part of the Dynamic engineering design. Improves air circulation inside the cabin. Same thing happens on the E60 as well.

Yes this is normal and I have also experienced this on other non-BMW vehicles.

I never noticed this before. If I had to guess a reason, I'd say it is to prevent wind buffeting.
