Calipers

I actually really hate the stock color calipers. The raw metal (not sure what the material is) color just makes the car look incomplete. I was wondering if black or gun metal would rectify the problem?

Thoughts?

I always loved the look of the brakes on my V70R. They were nicely finished and understated. Perfect stealth.

(Yes, those are essentially the same brakes as on a 993 Turbo. On a Volvo. From the Factory. )

Not 100% sure. They were painted that color from the Factory. However, I always thought it was pretty close to the color of my car, Titanium Gray, although they look a little lighter.

was thinking about getting the calipers on the new Space Grey 550xi M-Sport painted another color. My son actually did that on a Chevy Cobalt he had and it turned out better than I thought it would. Any down side or problem with painting them? Suggestions on color with Space grey

Painting the calipers shouldn't have a negatve impact on them. I did that on my 993 and many others have done it as well.
