Help! Squealing wont stop

Ok I have a 1988 BMW 325i and i am only 17 yeah its older than me! It has this squealing problem that wont stop! Its really embarrassing cuz i wanna put the top down but it squeals. It sounds like it comes from around the power steering belt so i replaced the belt when i replaced the water pump and thats when it started. It doesnt squeal as much when im in the Alabama heat but at night it starts back! I need some help its taking away some of the power that the car has also
