AutoSpies Bring us First 6 Series Gran Coupe in Alpine White

Thanks to our friends at www.AutoSpies.com for the tip on these these photos of the first 6 Series Gran Coupe ever shown in Alpine White. BMW rolled out this gorgeous Alpine white 4 door 6 series, which they term "Gran Coupe" at the second media day of the Geneva Auto show.

The Gran Coupe marks BMW's first entry into the four door coupe segment and will arrive in the US with two engine choices including a 320 horsepower 6-cylinder and an eye popping 450 horsepower 8-cylinder with two turbo chargers. Pricing for the 2013 6 Series Gran Coupe 640i starts at $76,895 and will start arriving in showrooms early this summer.

Oh wow. Another BMW. Big deal. Seems like a pretty normal progression. Not that i'm not impressed. Just not a big surprise.

Absolutely love it!!! Just prefer the V8 version, ill wait for that one for purchase..

So bummed they made the 6 a 4 door. They have plenty of other 4 door models to meet customer demand. I believe they may even sell less 6 series now. I have a 6 now and won't be buying a newer 6 - ever.
They took the sports out of sports car. The 6 used to be "different" looking , now it looks like the rest of the fleet. 4 doors and all.

You can still get the 6 series in two door. There is now two options. The normal 6 series and the 6 series gran coupe, shown above. There are more options, not less.
