That's a lot of body roll, it looks like the right front tire isn't doing much and the rear left suspension is down on the bump stops.

I got to drive it Sunday and it definitely doesn't have the stock suspension

I agree that hole is fixable, you're under the cylinder wall. Do you still have the chunk that came out of it? TIG a patch in, Dremmel it smooth and forget about it.

I do have all the extra chunks. They're attached to the AC compressor

Whoa this is awesome. I have a 2001 wagon and when the auto tranny dies, I plan on swapping for a manual. Six speed seems to be the way to go, but the five speeds are apparently cheaper.

Can't wait to see the posts/pics when you get to the transmission!

What are your plans for the exterior? I take it ZHP wheels and front and rear bumper? Will you keep the OEM wagon color or have it resprayed while the motor is out?

I rode on track in a red Z3Mcoupe with a Eurosport blower on it. It had just over 400hp and the driver made terrifyingly good use of it.

I also met a guy at an autocross once that had his daily driver ZHP sedan that was 100% stock EXCEPT the he had the same supercharger. Sounded like a mouse fart out on course with the stock exhaust, but it was damn fast.

I was all worked up about them for a while until I realized the Eurosports are like $9k without installation. I've heard a centrifugal blower produces a pretty disappointing power band and isn't worth the $5k and hassle for the quality of the end results.

Thats when I decided to keep my car N/A.

That software seems interesting, it would give you the capability to easily do your own diagnostics, might come in super handy when you're trying to find that *one thing* that will inevitably not be hooked up after the first time you start her up with the new motor.
