Bad Dog!
OMG - My wifes wire hair mini Dachshund just ate my key! My wife asks does it still work? The dog or the key I ask. No more rides in the Z for that dog!

Wait, you let your dog in your BMW
 I've seen the plastic shells for BMW keys on eBay. ummmm searching now. After a 150lb Great Dane we were fostering for rescue shredded a door panel on our X3, I declared no dogs in the BMW. The dogs ride in the dog van. The BMW is reserved for humans.

Who gave the dog the key?
Why are you taking a dog in a Z ? My GF is lucky I allow her in mine. I don't let her dog within 100 ft of it.
