E65 ASK for 2006 750I

Just got a used ASK for 2006. Unit wont pickup driverside rear speaker and sub's. Also passenger side door speaker ccrackling. This is my second ASK unit. Any recommendations on a fix? Should I just purchase the brand new or go after market? Thanks.
