Can I use nonXI wheel on XI models?
Hi, guys
I am new here. I had a 2006 525i and I purchased a set of OEM winter tire&rims. After my lease was over. I bought a 2008 528XI, I have been using those winter tires/rims on my new car. I recently notice that people saying that you can not use those rims on all wheel drive model because of different offset. But I have been using them for 3 winters and did not feel any problem. Can somebody answer my question? Thank you

Although the offset is lower on the 06 525i OE wheel, the OE wheel is narrow enough that fender clearance should not be a problem on your 2008 528Xi.
