Question Transmition Fail Safe System
About six months ago I got the message Transmision Fail Safe System and had to replace my transmission. I just had to replace the altinator. But just before the altinator died the dash was full of signals going on and off. From Brakes, ABS, Battery, Air Bag, and the Transmition Fail Safe Program. I drove it for a few hours yesterday and the Transmition Fail Safe came on. Drove it today for 12 hours and then the same message came on. The transmition seams to be working fine. If the DSC is not working correctly will this transmition message go on? Any other ideas?
