No need for resistors, its build in already. No errors, blinks normal. It comes from hong kong so it takes about 2 weeks to get here. It has a very nice amber color. Very satisfied.

So what would the whole thing cost for a swap ?

About 80 to 90 unless you get the mtech angel eyes that's 200 more or you can get a different bulbs for cheaper around 50

Sweet thread, I will be ordering a bunch of stuff (including the DRLs) this weekend. Where would I go about getting the resistors for the DRLs?

I think radoshack but I still have to go and check myself to get the correct one so if you go post the type and price if you could

Good post. I got the ones for the domes, footwells, map lights and license plates. They are BRIGHT as shyt lol. I see too much but it makes the car look good.

I ordered the same as well but I noticed most of these bulbs are shorter in length then the halogen lights. Did you have to get a new lighting housing unit or did you just bend the connectors so that the light can fit?

I ordered new housing for the footwells and they came with the bulbs. The rest just fit in as a replacement.

where did you get the housing for the footwell? and how much if you dont mind me asking. I accidentally broke one of mine when I was trying to install



here are some pix. still need to change the center front and rear ones and licence plate. Any idea on how to remove the center plastic to access the bulb?

All the plastic housings popped out with a small flathead screwdriver. I ordered my lights from
Angel Lights USA on EBAY for 35.95 for both.

ok thanks man. yeah I did the same but one of them was kind of messed up and it was stuck so I damaged it when pullng it out. thanks for the info tho I will try to get them

what is the bulb size for the trunk light? not the actual lid but the one thats further down inside the trunk?

which one bro? there are two in the trunk look at the pix





they are both the same size. you need 4 two for the trunk and two for the front driver and passenger mirror lights

When I received the LED it was smaller then the halogen and smaller then the housing.

I got that too and they are small as it clearly shows in your picture but I got 4 (2 sets) of this one and they worked perfect as you can see in the pix I posted

the link on the license plate light isn't active anymore. Anyone have the bulb type on that for an 08?
