coolant leak???? :(

i have a coolant leak, or at least thats what im assuming it is.. i dont know why it is coming out clear though, since i mixed the BMW antifreeze with distilled water 50/50, shouldn't it be dark in color???

i haven't really gotten a chance to completely inspect where it is coming from being that i just discovered this leak 5 minutes ago when i was pulling into my garage, thank goodness it didn't leave me stranded.

of course after spending a couple hundred dollars on bushings and all that mess. now this....

any help where to start would be MUCH appreciated!

have a new expansion tank but unfortunately have not changed other cooling parts yet
but today WAS the first day i've ran my A/C this year really, if that makes a difference....

I couldn't tell exactly where you were pointing your camera, but it doesn't look like the front of the motor, where cooling leaks typically arise. I think it's just water from your A/C condenser.

goodness lets hope so. it was pretty much the rear end of the motor area, nowhere near the front.

now that the car is off it has stopped dripping. and it wasn't nearly the amount of coolant our cars hold.

Possible window washer leak? Leak from the rear of engine and clear fluid so it's possible I think.

Ac compressor +1.
