Selling 1987 325is :(

I’m selling the car I have loved and wanted since I was 14. I need to sell because I’m trying to buy a house. Up for sale is my 1987 325is. I bought this car last year after a 4 year search for this exact car (color scheme etc.). 5 speed, Drives like a champ. I live in DC and have the car is parked in a garage at all times! This is my weekend car when I need to venture out of the city. I replace the original front spoiler with a crack-free one and had it completely reconditioned. In the one year I have owned it I have spent a ton of money getting her back to the way she should be and it is/was worth it. I had the water pump changed, timing belt changed, O2 sensor changed, replaced spark plugs, replaced fog lenses, replaced intake boot (was aged), replaced power steering lines (had leak) etc. 90% of the work was done at BMC services center in Centerville VA because they know their stuff and specialize in BMWs. I don't believe in modifications to the car. I kept the car as stock and original as possible. I believe the people at BMW knew what they were doing when they designed the car and kept it true to that. Things I never got a chance to replace or have recently come up are: a crack has developed in the front windshield, Passenger window recently stop working (I think it's the switch but have not investigated), odometer stopped working 2 years ago based on records. Lastly, there is some wear on in the leather. Based on my records and oil change information/dates of the previous owner and think she probably has close to 200K miles, max. Asking $5,000 OBO.
