HID Fog lights

Hey what's up guys!!

So here is a video of my 7 with the HID fogs and as you can obviously tell they are not even from far.

So I was wondering if this is an electrical issue or do I just need to adjust the driver side fog light?

I will go to the shop today after work and will try to adjust it but just wanted to see if anyone had an idea so I don't waste time
