head gasket or cracked head. first thing to do, pull the head and figure what went. then figure what you want to do from there (new hg, new head, full rebuild of motor, motor swap, boost)

have fun

Is it up to operating temperature, or immediately after starting? It could be just moisture in the exhaust system being evaporated and expelled as the engine heats up.

does it only happen on cooler mornings with mid to higher humidity? normal.

if it happens all the time, no matter the temp or humidity levels, and after the engine warms up, youve got yourself a problem.......a big one.

thats normal. if you want to true answer to it, search dew points. not mountain dew, but meteorology. then its really just a matter of understanding simple physics with temperatures

If you believe you have a problem pull the plugs and take a look. They will tell you if you have a head leak 95% of time.

What would you see on the plugs if you have a head leak ? I am due for a change shortly and I am also having acceleration issues. No smoke, she just seems to not have that get up and go any more.

the plugs will look brand new. where under normal conditions, the spark plugs will have a orange burnt crap on the insulator.

your plugs will be used or burnt, they should look new when you pull them, also you might want to change your ignition wires & tune the car up.
