2012 Snow Tires and Wheels ???

I currently have a 2012 BMW 750i xdrive with 245 40 20" wheels and tires and need to purchase winter wheels and tires. Any suggestions to make or sizes ? Can I put 18" or 19" inch wheels and tires on this car without interfering with the large brake calipers ?? Any suggestions of brands of winter tires?

I have OEM 18" and you can find the wheels on ebay for $1000 or so. I'd go non run flat but that's just preference. I use blizzaks. Keep cruising the wheel forum. I see packages for our cars every once in a while

Yes 18 or 19s work. Tire rack has good deals on wheels and tire combo. Now might be a good time as theyay have some close outs

I have 20 inch Pielli run flat snows.

I have a 2011 750 M/sport with 20" wheels. I chose the pirelli winter tires in the factory staggered sizes. I know a smaller wheel might work better, but I bought the car with 20" wheels for its look and did not want to loose that for 5 months.
