Has anyone tried ths product?

Found this on ebay, looks pretty good!

Looks like it's the direct replacement of the two lower mesh grill, but don't know where I

can hook up the power to? The fog lights?

Hope someone can provide some feedback since I don't want to put cheapo on my car.
