F30 328i Damage (Large Pics)

I got the full clear bra for the hood, fenders, front bumper and mirrors. In addition, I got it tinted. All in all, they did an excellent job. The clear bra is very hard to see even when close being that there are no lines. However, when I picked up the vehicle, they told me they saw some damage on the Right Rear B Pillar. It was not noted/seen/known during the inspection when we did a walk around when I brought the vehicle in for my appointment. Do you think this damage was caused by the window tinting? You have to look close to see it, but when you see it you can see there is damage. What could have caused this? Covered by warranty or damage by the window tinting company? Thoughts?
