need m3 e46 buying assistance

I am a new member here and I researched a decent amount for the e46 m3's and I am having a lot of trouble deciding for myself weather or not this car I found on Craig's list is worth buyin. It is a 05 m3 e46 with 45k miles seems fine to me and I haggled the price down by a lot since this is a private party. now the seller accepted my offer for 21k... do it? Any other details u guys need lemme know but as far as I think this car is prolly atleast 25k... now I am thinking could there be something wrong with the car cuz he is trying to sell it for that low price. Testdriving it seemed fine with no rattles and knocks and etc. Just need some input b4 buying this for my mental satisfaction. Thanks guys

Here is the link of the sellers ad on craigslist look at them both because they have different pics.

I wouldn't worry, but I *would* get a PPI from a reputable independent mechanic. $21k isn't really that much of a steal. A friend picked up a 2002 with 100k miles for $11k. Now, it needs about $5k worth of work and tlc before it's really put back together again, but as long as the motor on the car checks out, everything else is replaceable.

A 2005 M3 with 45k mile for 21k sounds like an amazing deal. If it checks out mechanically, I'd say you're crazy not to jump on this.
It's a beautiful car.
