Window Trim Help...

I have a 2003 525i Sport with the chrome/aluminium trim. It is starting to show signs of age...oxidation type look in some areas. Is there a good method to revitalize this so it looks like new again? If not, anyone know what dealer charges to replace? Thanks! Any before and after pics would be great...couldn't find any threads.

if its a sport it wouldn't have chrome/aluminum trim it would be black trim .....so is your black trim wearing out ? if so try back to black by mothers if its aluminum trim try the Aluminum Deoxidizer from bavauto.com

I used polishing compound. Didn't make it perfect but it is MUCH better.
