Can someone varify this on a non-sport package 535xi, When I start up the car, default mode is normal until I push the sport or comfort button.

Comfort plus when in Manhattan. Sport everywhere else. This is for chassis only. I only flick my tranny into sport when I am passing or driving aggressively.

Comfort Plus* (50%)
Comfort (25%) Sport (25%) *I love the SAT shifter - just bump it to the left and it instantly transforms the transmission/acceleration (even in Comfort Plus).

I know some people here have taken their 5 series to the track, so with that said...are there noticeable differences in 1/4 mile times using the 8 speed automatic vs the paddle shifter SAT?
