Stone chips - remediation

Hi all

Just wondered if anyone had used any form of BMW touch-up pens to mop up their stone chips? I seen the thread of chip guards (those plastic sheets that don't really appeal to me), but after having driven for a while (in particular past a few bloody grit trucks over winter which I blame for my plight) I have a few stone chips on the front bumper/fender and also the bonnet/hood :-)

I used to have a mercedes which I had a touch up brush for, but to be honest it probably looked just as bad after application (even with me buying a finer brush to apply).

Anyone had similar chips and solved? Respraying is not a viable option (yet).
