Mein Auto: Z3?
What is a fair value on this BMW Z3?

Found another one on the ebay forsale by dealer

appears to not have the original leather seats and the original soft top

car comes with free carfax below

http://www.carfax.com/VehicleHistory...CH9344YLF88131

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/?cmd=...K%3AMEWAX%3AIT

What would be the most I should bid on this car if I want to get a good deal on a Z3 with the carfax taken into account?

Thank You!!!! =)

Leather seats look original, the soft top is retracted under the hard top and should be there as well.

With the 2.5 I would guess it ends in the 11k range. If you do decide to bid get one more info on it, especially some detailed pics of the rear subframe area. Also if you figure that you will have no maintenance records a the cost of a cooling system overhaul to your projected total cost.

After looking at the Carfax That mileage inconsistency is troublesome..... It may not hit 11k after all.

Okay, just talked to the dealer and they said they were not aware of any mileage inconsistancy related with this car? They then proceeded to ask if I was viewing the "free ebay carfax". I replied yes and they said were going to send me the "real carfax".

I hate to say it but that sounds very fishy. Anyone hear of anything like that before?

Please respond soon. auction ending very soon.

Thank You!!!

I am unaware of any eBay only carfax.......if anything....an eBay only carfax would not show a mileage discrepancy...in my opinion

Nope, it sold for $8,200 about $1800 under blue book private party value. I am sort of kicking myself right now literally. I got freaked out because the mileage inconsistancy.

with the hardtop it looks like it sold for a good deal. Milage reports are often misread at inspections. I bet the milage shown is correct

That's a shame, the hardtop alone was worth an extra $1500.00 on the open market. Hope you find something soon!
