Question 318i suspension upgrades???

Ok, I am not going to ask what performanmce upgrades to do as I know its just not worth it to drop the money into a 318 motor. I recently installed a high flow magnaflow cat, remus exhaust from the cat back(little bit on the loud side) and a cold air intake. I recently took the car to an oval track where you line up against anyone else who brings their car to the track that day and its like a mini tournament, winnner of each round goes on. Won 3 races to head to the finish race which i was put up againt a 2000 sir with an H22. . . . . Smoked that car soo bad in the first 2 corners that on the back straight I had about 7-8 cars lengths on him entering turn 3. I went into the turn a little too fast and there came the body roll and back end coming out. I correcte3d the car and beat the civic by a car length. I really wasnt expecting that much roll :s. SO0o0o0o my question is How do I make this car more rigid?? I dont have alot of money to do so but I was thinking front and rear sway bars, strut tower braces and maybe springs. Just something to help the handling I dont want to go over board with shock and spring combos etc. Im looking for the best suspension upgrade even if its a single upgrade that will help the most other than tires as they are on their way. Thanks guys. BL I was impressed with the little bit of jam this machine had and thinking it would be a fun car for auto cross.

Congrats!

You are officially the first person in the history of this forum to actually understand from the get go what to expect from your car!

For rigidity:

H & R sport w/ bilstein sport shocks/struts will do you well.
Rogue Engineering strut bar is the cats ass. Solid. Solid. Solid.

Just these two will yield a marked improvement.

(Regardless of the strut bar you choose, make sure it is one piece, no hinges.)

Ed

EDIT:
The other thing to look into to make your car go faster, is the brakes. OEM blank rotors are great, but upgrade the pads. Hawk HPS are phenomenal for spirited driving, and the occasional track day.

quick response, awesome! Ill do some researching as to price of shock/strut/spring combos but like I said I dont want to spend crazy money right now just doing one thing at a time but eventually a solid little compact. The power is enough if the suspension is there right. I remember buying all my adjustable shocks and springs for my r32 skyline gtr and it was too much money. My 95 mustang GT on the other hand was cheap to put lakewoods and drag springs in. European is looking expensive too even for an old car.

150 and half the shipping? They are basically new I had the rears on my car for a week before I realized that they weren't part of the adjustable kit that I should have got. The fronts are new, never been used.
