1996 euro m3 thicker transmission fluid?

So what types of oils you use in S6S 420G box??? I have orange label that says ATF oil and i have now castrols recommended ATF oil in but transmission is rattling.

How thick and what type of oil i should use?? Possibly MTF oil, but what kind?

Ps i have read other articles about this but people are just talking about brands like red line atf/mtf, castrol atf/mtf... I wanna know specific type and thickness!
