Better rims

I was looking at two types of rims and I was wondering if anyone has heard of them and if so, can I get opinion on which one is better I.E., quality. The rims are the Avant Garde M310 versus the VMR V710 both in matte black and for my 535. They both look pretty much the same. Thanks in advance.

Take your pick. Both nice rims, very similar. The Avant Gardes are made in China but are BBS designs and molds.
VMR are very popular too. Are you going staggered 19s?

That's the plan as of now and I don't see it changing. I had heard that the Avants were cheaper and to go with the other but I wanted another opinion. Both are equally priced. I also noticed that every picture and review refers to a 3 series so I'm also concerned about the fit.

19's will fit fine in either as long as you get the right offset and rim width. Usually if you email the wheel vendor they can give you suggestions on wheel fitment to minimize rubbing issues. There's also a few threads here and on the 5 series forum with pictures on both those rims.

VMR has not brought in the 19x8.5 low offsets in for the E60 fitment for quite some time now. With that being said, the Avant Garde M310 wheels would be what I would recommend for you. The Avant Garde M310 wheels are low pressure cast and do utilize the same manufacturing process as OEM wheels. The setup that is going to work best is the 19x8.5 ET15 with a 245/35/19 up front and the 19x9.5 ET22 with a 275/30/19 in the rear. This will give you a flush look and will not cause any rubbing issues. I'll shoot you over a PM with more details!

Being cast, are those 310's on the heavy side?
