Rims from X5 to E60

Need help, i found a seller that is 1000 miles away selling the rims that i have been looking for - 20 inch breytons, but my concern is that it came off from an X5. The seller is unsure what the offsets and the width. All he knows is that the rear are wider than the front. The current tire specs are FRONT TIRES 275/40R20 and
REAR TIRES315/35 ZR20. I know for sure that the tires will not work and what i need to know is if the rims will fit and work for my 2008 535 with sport suspensions. Is there away to find out the width given the specs of the tires? Thank you in advance for your thoughts.

Why ruin a perfectly nice car?

I don't think they would fit because all the ones with x-drive are not compatible with the other ones..

Those tires + wheel combo have more rolling diameter, you'll screw up the odometer and worst make your car sitting so high off the ground.

If you change the tires to lower profile you then must deal with the width and offset of those wheels, then you may be dealling with spacer, rolling fenders etc.

The tires are obviously too big, but yes the rims probably can fit if they came off an X5 with a 5X120 bolt pattern. The problem starts when you look at the hub bore size and the offset size as they are designed for X-drive vehicles. Also if it looked good on an X5, it's highly unlikely that it will look good on the 5. So, I think you should do more research and let this one pass.
