I just placed an order for a 2012 x5 35d.

Sticker was $61k

I got $9300 off MSRP plus tint. Then I will also get the $1k BMW CCA rebate since Ive been a member for ages.

My only ? is do I trade in my E93 M3 or sell it privately....

Id like to know if there are any other programs I can use to get more than the $9300 off which includes the $4500 ECO + $1500 Owner Loyalty.

Thanks! Im super excited. I got a steal on my 11' 335d and now have the opportunity to get the X5 Ive always wanted for the family for close to $50k brand new!!!!

Trade it - that will offset the sales tax on your X5. Take the M3 down to Carmax in Plano for an appraisal.

Not in some states....notably California. It's a bit ridiculous actually, but that's one of the prices we pay to live here.

FWIW, the MB conquest definitely does not work this way.

Just in January, I had an 09 SLK 300 and a 10 X6 35i, traded the X6 for a 12 GL550 and got the $4k MB conquest. They did not care that I already have another MB, just that I was able to prove ownership of a competing brand.

Also OP the $1k Mission to Drive cash is stackable with any other discount for BMW, it is clear in fine print that you take this $1k from the final negotiated price including other discounts.

Just my $0.02

It's not really "Conquest" money by definition then, unless the whole point is to "conquer" BMW's grip on the lead of the premium brand segment (as opposed to conquering brand loyalty)...

I hate to say it, but anyone even thinking about Conquest is doing nothing but simply aggravating themselves by even considering it. There are a very limited number of vouchers available per dealer, and they are applied solely at the discretion of the sales manager. Only a small fraction of deals will actually be affected by this, and nobody can count on being a beneficiary/recipient. Honestly, they are only going to be applied in cases of tough deals -- to help move over-aged units that are collecting dust on the lot. The program is not an "incentive" per se. I don't know how else to say it... It is not at all like the MBZ program...

For the college grad discount, does the car have to be financed through BMW? Are there any other restrictions besides needing to have graduated in the last 12 months, I assume masters degree works?

I just got $12,320 off MSRP on a car I ordered. Just picked up. Got $750 under invoice then $4,500 eco, $1,500 Loyalty, $1,000 Drive USA. My lease is $644 for 36 months 12K/Year taxes in the payment and only bank fee, first payment and plates at inception. How much better can it get

I don't think there has been a better time to get a 35D

My concern is that they don't give me a fair trade-in price considering my 08 only has 14k miles. Either way I think going to carmax would be a good start to value the vehicle.....

Sweet deal! I think the X5 35d has been a very good seller here in Texas so I highly doubt I can get it under invoice......if only I had a way of getting the $1000 Drive USA cash!

Yes and yes. It is a BMWFS program...
